Our ambition of making an elegant chair that is functional and exceptionally comfortable for most people was difficult to meet. We now believe that we have succeeded.
The So Me Chair is sleek and elegant - but also very strong, as the construction is designed to carry people in virtually all weight classes. The lacquered steel base turns, making the chair very flexible in use. Seat, lower backrest and backrest are thin steel sheets covered on both sides with 3 mm thick leather.
The leather is sewn together with white stitching, emphasizing the shape of the chair and the beautiful craftsmansship.
The pillows are soft and adapt to the body - and at the same time firm enough to support your body where it needs it. The pillows can be covered with different types of fabric or leather.
The SO ME CHAIR2 has a built-in actuator hidden in the socket, that allows for stepless adjustment of tilt of seat and back. In addition the actuator can help you out of the chair, whenever you need it.
SO ME CHAIR2 is not the first chair in the world with these features - but there are not many chairs offering these functions which can compete with SO ME CHAIR2, when it comes to appearance: The goal has been to make an elegant and timeless chair that suits the taste of even the most discerning design enthusiasts who might have a bad back or other similar physical challenges.
The actuator is powered by a rechargeable battery and is operated with a remote control attached to the chair.
